Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Alankit has informed that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from 1st April, 2024, and shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the aforesaid Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company will be communicated in due course of time.
