Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard and Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company (as amended), Amber Enterprises India has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for insiders with effect from 1st April 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024. During the closure of trading window, insiders have been communicated not to deal in securities of the Company. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024 will be intimated in due course.
