Further as informed earlier, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and company's internal code for prohibition of insider trading ('code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated persons of company defined under the code, has already been closed from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the results pursuant to the said meeting are made public.
