Dabur India has informed that the Remuneration cum Compensation Committee of the company by passing a resolution by circulation has allotted 6,96,850 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each to eligible employees of the company who exercised their stock options under the Dabur Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2000. These shares are pari pasu with the existing equity shares of the company, in all respects. With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the company increased to Rs. 174,36,31,861 divided into 174,36,31,861 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each.
