Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Happiest Minds Technologies has informed that the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (‘Agreement’) to acquire 100% of the equity interest in the share capital of PureSoftware Technologies (‘PureSoftware’), subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement. On closing the said transaction PureSoftware will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
