Dj Mediaprint & Logistics has informed that in reference to the EBI Circular bearing no. SEB l/HO/DDHS/CI R/P/2018/ 144 dated 26th November 2018, in respect of Fund Issuance of Debt securities and disclosures and compliance thereof by Large Corporates (LC). As at 31st March 2024, the Company does not meet the criteria or framework stated in conditions (i) (ii) (iii). In view of the above the Company cannot be considered a Large Corporate and therefore it is not required to make Initial Disclosure/Annual disclosure pursuant to the above aid SEBl Circular.
