Kirloskar Pneumatic Co has informed that it enclosed Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 which were approved by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on April 25, 2024; Segment Wise Report; A statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2024; Cash Flow Statement; Auditor's Report received from Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants, Pune the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results; Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 105215W or W100057) the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Auditors' Report with an unmodified opinion on the Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024; The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on April 25, 2024 have recommended a final dividend of 200% (Rs 4 per equit y share) for the Financial Year 2023-24, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 and shall be paid through National Electronic Clearing System (NECS) or vide dividend warrants, as the case may be. The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders shall be paid on or after July 20, 2024.
