Usha Martin, steel wire rope maker has planned shutdown of its Mini Blast Furnace for refractory relining and other related jobs which will take place in the first week of June'13 at its Steel Plant at Jamshedpur. The other sections of the Steel Plant will continue to function in normal course.
Usha Martin is a major manufacturer of wire rods, bright bars, steel wires, speciality wires, wire ropes, strand, conveyor cord, wire drawing and cable machinery.
