With reference to the SEBI Circular dated 26th November, 2018 and in continuation to the Exchange Circular dated April 11, 2019, with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities (LC) and disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporates (LC). In this connection, Visu International has informed that the company is not coming under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
