Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 read with the SESI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, Blue Dart Express has informed that the company is not covered under Large Corporate category as per the framework provided in the aforementioned circular. Hence, the requirement of initial disclosure for the beginning of the financial year 2023-24 is not applicable to the Company. The company has enclosed initial disclosure in Annexure A for the year ended March 31, 2024 as required under the aforesaid circular.
