Pursuant to the SEBI Circular NO. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11, 2019 with regard to fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by large entities, BWL has confirmed that the Company does not fulfill the criteria specified in para 2.2 of the above mention SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of ‘Large Corporate’ and cannot be considered as a large Corporate as defined under the said Circular.
