With reference to stock exchange intimation dated March 12, 2024 and April 12, 2024, Paisalo Digital has informed further that Hon’ble Delhi High Court has passed an ex-parte order dated April 30, 2024 (Uploaded on Court’s website on May 2, 2024) (copy of the same attached). In this matter defaulter Sat Priya Mehamia Memorial Educational Trust has concealed certain material facts from the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The Company is in the process of filing review application against said order and the Company is confident to get relief from the Hon’ble Court. Further, it has clarified that the Order has no negative financial impact on the Company. The matter is under arbitration pursuant to the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi order dated 03.04.2024.
