Wipro has informed that the Company has granted 53,32,075 (Fifty Three Lakh Thirty Two Thousand and Seventy Five) Restricted Stock units under Company’s Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 and 1,26,18,252 (One Crore Twenty Six Lakh Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Two) Restricted Stock units under Company’s ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004, to its identified employee(s)/ identified employee(s) of its subsidiary companies. This grant is effective from May 2, 2024. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
