Visaka Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024: i) to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024 and ii) to recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company. In view of the said meeting, trading window for dealing in the securities of the company which has been closed since January 01, 2024, shall remain closed till elapse of 48 hours after submission of audited financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
