The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e. Link Intime India has received request letters from the abovementioned shareholder(s) and have informed the Company about the May 7, 2024 (Proof of date of receipt of intimation is enclosed). Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform accordingly.
