Physical rubber prices showed a mixed trend on Wednesday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety weakened to Rs 169.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 170/ kg, while RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 165/ kg.
In the futures market, contract of June delivery declined to Rs 166 compared to its previous close of Rs 168.05, while July delivery closed at Rs 164.51 compared to its previous closing of Rs 167.17 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
