MPS has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of MPS is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 21 May 2024, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended 31 March 2024; To consider and recommend the final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2024, which shall be paid subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further to note that the intimation regarding the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company is already provided to the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed, vide the letter dated 28 March 2024.
