Asian Energy Services has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Notice of Postal Ballot of the Company dated May 14, 2024, along with the Statement pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Notice’), seeking approval of the Members of the Company on the Special resolutions forming part of the Notice. The Company is sending the Notice in electronic mode to all the Members whose names appear in the register of members/ beneficial owners received from the National Securities Depository (‘NSDL’) and Central Depository Services (India) as on May 10, 2024 (‘Cut-off date’). The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for providing E-voting facility to all its members. The e-voting period will commence on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 09.00 am (IST) and will end on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 05.00 pm (IST). The postal ballot notice will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.asianenergy.com and on the website of National Securities Depository (NSDL) at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
