Further, it has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Trading Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from Monday, April 1, 2024 and the same would open for trading, 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company.
