The India Cement’s consolidated net loss narrows to Rs 50 crore in Q4

The India Cement has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2024.

The company has reported net loss at Rs 29.33 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss as Rs 217.79 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 14.12% at Rs 1270.05 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 1478.89 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 50.06 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to net loss of Rs 243.77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 13.85% at Rs 1286.86 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 1493.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2024, the company has reported net loss at Rs 202.52 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 188.55 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 7.73% at Rs 4996.75 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5415.08 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.

For the year ended March 31, 2024, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 215.76 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 169.82 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 8.34% at Rs 5176.98 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5648.25 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.
