In continuation to letter of date, forwarding the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2024, India Cements has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the postal ballot notice containing the following items of business seeking the approval of shareholders: Re-appointment of Chitra Srinivasan (DIN: 01094213) as Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, subject to retirement by rotation with effect from 01.08.2024; and ratification of remuneration payable to K. Suryanarayanan, Cost Auditor for the financial year 2023-2024. The postal ballot notice and schedule of e-voting will be forwarded to stock exchanges in due course, for dissemination.
