According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 1437.85 crore in index futures and options segments on Friday, May 31, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1827.54 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 389.69 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 262.12 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 19.06 crore.
