Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Hind Rectifiers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Mumbai, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 and to recommend final dividend for the financial year 2023-24, if any on equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of the Shareholders. Further, in its letter no HIRECT/SEC/2023-24/50 dated March 27, 2024, the company had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from April 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
