In continuation of the announcement made on 15 May 2024, in addition to the consideration and approval of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2024, MM Forgings has informed that the Board will be considering, the declaration of dividend, in their Meeting scheduled to be held on 29 May 2024. This is for the information of all specified persons that Trading Window is already closed from 01 April 2024 to 31 May 2024. Thus, specified persons are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period. This was intimated by the Company on 26 March 2024.
