Winsome Breweries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2024 to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2024. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results i.e. up to 01st June, 2024. The Trading Window will resume from 02nd June, 2024.
