TAFE to educate officials from Meghalaya Agricultural Department on farming

Tractors and Farm Equipment (TAFE), one of the leading tractor manufacturers in the country, plans to educate officials from the Agricultural Department of Meghalaya on farming.

The training will help officials pass on the knowledge gained to augment farm production. The training which is scheduled to be held at ‘J’farm, Chennai will include guidelines to handle tractors, mechanization and the latest processing technology on fields.

TAFE in month of April has expressed the desire to work with the north-eastern states to improve agricultural output and increase job opportunities for the region’s youth.
