Macro International Exports’ Promoters have sold 3, 38,200 equity shares (8.51%) of their holding. Hence, the promoters holding of the Company has now become 29, 80,550 Equity shares i.e. 75% of the total share capital of Macro International Exports.
Macro International Exports was incorporated on 03-08-1993. Initially, company had opened a prestigious departmental store at Kanpur and saddlery export business but due to unavoidable circumstances the same was closed down. Afterward, Company had entered into real estate business & in process to expand the real estate business, the demand of the present era.
