Expleo Solutions has received approval to incorporate company’s new Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company in Thailand. The WOS Company is Incorporated in Thailand, to provide Information Technology Enabled Services with the objective to address the requirements of the clients. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 23, 2024, has considered and approved the same.
