Further to its outcome of Board Meeting held on 24th May, 2024 wherein it was mentioned that the Board has considered and approved Adoption of new line of business of operating chain of retail supermarket stores with name and style of ‘Galaxy Supermarket’ and proposing to insert new object clause in Memorandum of Association for the same, Galaxy Cloud Kitchens has informed that it enclosed disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part B of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations as ‘Annexure 1’ .
