Veranda Learning is currently trading at Rs. 178.35, up by 22.65 points or 14.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 155.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 155.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 181.15 and Rs. 155.70 respectively. So far 51197 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 337.05 on 12-Dec-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 151.55 on 24-May-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 181.15 and Rs. 151.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1257.98 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.49% and 43.88% respectively.

Veranda Learning Solutions has commenced its work as a Training Partner as per terms of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC) to assist in the implementation of Wealth Management Course which is part of the Kalike Jothege Kaushalya, a state government initiative to provide skill development and career guidance to students in government colleges. The program will be delivered in Government colleges as a pilot project at Raichur and Gulbarga.

In 2022, Veranda had teamed up with the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) and trained over 20,000 students in upskilling courses such as Cloud Computing and Big Data Analytics. In 2023, another MoU was signed with TNSDC to train over 30,000 students.

Veranda Learning Solutions, leveraging its extensive experience in training students across diverse domains and geographies, will tailor educational content for Indian students by integrating its distinct pedagogical approaches. This partnership promises to provide Indian learners with a distinctive and highly impactful array of learning solutions for skill development, upskilling and reskilling.
