Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, together with the Auditor’s Report thereon and declaration regarding the Auditor’s Report with unmodified opinion. The Board meeting commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 01:35 pm. The Financial Results will be published in the newspaper shortly.
