Diamond Power Infrastructure has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in the name of ‘DICABS Nextgen Special Alloys’ and further investment in the Share Capital of the said Company.
The WOS shall inter-alia involve in manufacturing of wire-rod, wire-drawing, strip-drawing, sheet rolling, processing, rewinding, Cables, Conductors including all kinds of machinery, Equipment, Components, tools and accessories thereof. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2024, has approved the same.
