Digispice Technologies’ wholly owned step down subsidiary -- SPICE VAS (Africa) (SVA), has acquired 30% additional stake in Digispice Ghana (DiGiGhana), an existing subsidiary of SVA. Pursuant to above acquisition, DiGiGhana has become a wholly owned subsidiary of SVA and a wholly owned step down subsidiary of the Company.
The acquisition is approved by board of directors of DiGiGhana on May 27, 2024 and is subject to registration with the Registrar of Companies in Ghana. Upon registration, the transfer shall be effective from May 27, 2024.
Digispice Technologies is primarily engaged into the Information and Communication Technology business providing Value Added Services, and Mobile Content services to the domestic/international Telecom Operators. Also, the company undertakes development and sale of telecom related software.
