Oil India inks MoU with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation

Oil India (OIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) to collaborate on Conventional & Alternative Energy portfolio. The company has signed MoU on May 28, 2024.

Earlier, the company had signed a new long-term definitive agreement with Numaligarh Refinery (NRL), OIL’s material subsidiary company, for the transportation of additional petroleum products through OIL’s Numaligarh-Siliguri Product Pipeline (NSPL) following the commissioning of Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project.
