Subramanian & Co LLP Chartered accountants, as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25;. Re-appointment of N. Sivashankaran & Co., Cost Accountants, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, as Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25; Re-appointment of Lovelish Lodha, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided as Annexure.
