Quint Digital has received approval for acquiring the entire equity stake, held by 360 One Seed Ventures Fund- Series 2 (formerly IIFL Seed Ventures Fund – Series 2) in Quintype Technologies India, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 25.43 crore, subject to the completion of customary conditions precedent and applicable closing adjustments, if any.

The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 30, 2024, inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
