Authum Investment & Infrastructure has sold 100% equity shares of Authum Real Estate (AREPL) to Alpana Dangi, Director and promoter of the Company. Pursuant to the above, AREPL ceases to be wholly owned subsidiary company of Authum Investment & Infrastructure with effect from May 31, 2024.

Authum Investment & Infrastructure is a registered NBFC carrying on the business of investment in shares and securities and also financing activities to achieve the goal of enhancing the value for its stakeholders.
