Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Morgan Ventures has informed that Board of Directors of the Company has appointed CS Anuj Gupta & Associates, Practising Company Secretary (Membership No. A31025, COP No. 13025) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company in pursuance to the provisions of the Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations in their meeting held May 29, 2024 and it was commenced at 3:30 pm and concluded at 5:00 pm. Details as required under regulation 30 of listing regulations read with SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are marked as ‘Annexure-A'.
