Physical Rubber prices witnessed strength on Friday amidst strong demand and supply constraints in the market, while a modest rise in US inflation in April spurred hopes of interest rates cuts by the US Federal Reserve.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety gained at Rs 192/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 191/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety rose at Rs 188/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 187/ kg.
