Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby declare that the statutory auditors have issued (Standalone and Consolidated) Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2024; Re-appointment of VISESH INFOTECNICSVishal Thawani & Associates, Company Secretaries (COP No.: 17377) as a Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the FY 2024-25. Re-appointment of S N D K & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: W100060) as an Internal Auditors of the Company for the FY 2024-25. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is provided as an Annexure- A.
