IVP has informed that both the parties to the steam purchase agreement have executed the agreement today, on 05th June, 2024. However, entering into such agreement is recurring in nature and falls under ordinary course of business of the company, which is not covered under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of Listing regulations along with details required under circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023.
