Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable circulars, HDFC Asset Management Company has informed that in terms of the approval granted by the Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2020, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today on June 7, 2024 has approved the grant of 72,000 stock options representing 72,000 equity shares of Rs 5/- each to the eligible employees of the Company as determined by the NRC, under Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2020 (ESOS – 2020) at grant price of Rs 3760.50 per option.
