Elgi Equipments has informed that the divestment of entire stake held by Company’s WOS Elgi Compressors USA INC in its Joint Venture G3 Industrial Solutions LLC, USA to the joint venture partners was expected to be completed and closed by 31.05.2024. However, the date of closure is extended due to unavoidable circumstances. The Company will intimate the Stock Exchange(s) with necessary disclosure in accordance with SEBI Listing regulations as soon as the transaction is consummated.
