LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed. (ii) Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.60 per equity share on 2,89,10,630 shares of Re. 1 each fully paid up for the financial year 2023-24. The Final dividend if approved at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days of AGM. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 PM and concluded at 07.05 PM.
