Snowman Logistics has entered into an agreement with Gateway Distriparks for acquiring additional Assets comprising of 7.63 acres of free hold land including two structures (two warehouses) with the built up area admeasuring 49681 sq. ft. each located at Krishnapatnam, Thatipartipalem (Village), Venkatachalam (Mandal), Nellore (District), Andhra (Land & Building).
Since the company is already having presence at Krishnapatnam and is in a phase of expansion, it was agreed to acquire/purchase the aforesaid land and warehouses at Krishnapatnam with a view to convert the dry warehouses into temperature controlled warehouses. Consideration Paid for such Purchase is Rs 20 crore. The said transaction is expected to be completed in 6 months.
