Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters as informed that the Company has received intimations on 10 June 2024, from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - KFin Technologies for loss of shares / issue of duplicate share certificates for the shareholders. The Company will issue the letter of confirmations in lieu of original share certificates as required by SEBI vide its circular dated 25 January 2022.
