In continuation to the Outcome of the Board Meeting dated Thursday 16th May 2024, Transglobe Foods has informed that there are two typographical errors in the outcome of the Board Meeting. The details of the typographical error are as follows: The appointment of Jaymin Modi, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-2024 instead of 2024-2025. All other contents of the outcome of Board Meeting dated 16th May 2024, save and except as modified, shall remain unchanged.
