Nestle India’s Board has approved continuation of payment of general licence fees (royalty) at the current rate of 4.5% to Swiss parent Societe des Produits Nestle S.A. (Licensor) and recommended to the members of the Company for their approval. Following high standards of corporate governance including shareholder rights, the aforesaid approval of members shall be sought by the Company every 5 years in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2024, approved the same.
