Further, informed that as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be remain closed for all directors / designated employees of the Company from June 15, 2024 to August 10, 2024.
