The Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only by electronic mode to the Members whose names appear on the Register of Members/list of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, June 07,2024 (Cut-off Date) and whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Depositories / their depository participant / the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (Link Intime India)/the Company. The remote e-voting period commences at 9 AM (IST) on Saturday, June 15, 2024 and ends at 5 PM (IST) on Sunday, July 14, 2024. The results of the postal ballot will be declared on or before Tuesday, July 16,2024.
